Located in the heart of Auckland, “Tiroroa Residences” offers a safe and caring home away from home.
The residence itself consists of:
- 4 x 4-bedroom self-contained apartments;
- Communal laundry
Every apartment also comes with:
- Your own bedroom
- A shared bathroom
- Kitchen (fully equipped)
- Lounge/dining area
- Unlimited Wifi
On a weekly basis all residents are invited to enjoy a whanau dinner together with opportunity to discuss how study life is going – work / life balance and life as a whanau community.
Offering self-catered facilities will empower students to have the flexibility to eat when and what you want, as most students’ schedules can be extremely varied and diverse.
Safety and Security
“Tiroroa Residences” considers safety of the whole person as a priority to include wairuatanga. Access to the building will be monitored, as will the main stairwell and entry doors to the 4 residences.
Pricing
Pricing includes power, internet, water, security and rubbish collection. In addition to this, “Tiroroa Residences” will arrange fortnightly cleaning for areas such as the bathroom and kitchen areas.

Bedrooms include: bed with draws, mattress, a mattress protector, and a pillow. Also provided is a study desk and chair.
Students to provide their own linen and duvet covers.
