‘Tiroroa Residence’ is an exciting refurbished residential experience providing independent living opportunity with the express purpose of encouraging Māori women to thrive and flourish in dynamic participation for successful graduation from Tertiary and Trade Training Institutions.  The two-story complex has four residences providing a sense of community whanautanga. Each residence is secure offering a single bedroom which forms part of a shared 4-bedroom residence with its own furnished lounge/dining, bathroom, and self-catering facilities.

Taking student care to another level…“Tiroroa Residences” will host a weekly meal for residents and provide on-site tutoring support.  Fortnightly cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms is also provided.
